VACANCY: Landscape / Architectural Technician, Manchester
This position will support project landscape architects in the production of delivery packages for a series of educational projects. Demonstrated experience in detailing and drawing packages is required. Proficiency with AutoCAD on Macs as opposed to PC is preferred. Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with particular emphasis on Photoshop, an advantage.
Previous experience within a landscape or civil engineering practice, or suitable architectural technician background with relevant experience. Working at detailed/delivery stages, with a good understanding of construction drawings and the relationship between tender package documents – section referencing, spec clauses and links to NBS work sections. Familiarity of working with X references and using layout as a separate view file.
