Hythe Peninsular

Plincke Landscape, acting as urban design consultants and landscape architects developed proposals for a mixed use development, comprising 175 dwellings of mixed tenure and scale centred around a retail and commercial core.

An urban design framework was prepared to establish the principles of the scheme before architectural detail was developed. This ensured a coherent masterplan resulted and emphasis was placed on the provision of a high quality public realm respecting the site’s waterfront location and links to adjacent area. Detail planning consent was granted in June 2000.
