Gifford + Partners headquarters

The development of a new headquarters building on the edge of the New Forest, for the engineering firm Gifford & Partners, required sensitive landscape treatment. The building had a direct impact upon views from open countryside. The proposals were not supported by the Local Plan.

Plincke Landscape co-ordinated the landscape proposals to support the application including visual impact assessment, tree planting strategy and on-site storm water attenuation.
