Academies Programme

Our education team has been closely involved in the Academies Programme from the outset, completing the landscape design on two of the first batch of ‘Pathfinder’ Academies.  These multi-award winning projects at Northampton and Stockley have helped to set the benchmark for more than 20 Academies either now complete, under-construction or at the design phase.  The schemes include sponsors from the business world, such as the BT Communications Academy in Manchester, charitable foundations including Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) and faith organisations.

Our approach is always to understand the particular extra dimension that the sponsor brings to a project.  We ensure that the design responds to the individual ethos and identity of each Academy whilst exploring opportunities to make a positive contribution within the wider community.
