Policies

Plincke operates within a framework of policies that set out procedures and quality thresholds for all aspects of our work. These are communicated to all staff via initial induction training, the staff handbook, and internal and external training programmes, and enshrine the control measures we adopt for all projects.

We have a nominated person for each specific area of policy development who coordinates reviews of the policies annually. Any amendment to a policy is agreed and adopted at Board level.
